Person servicing the location was great but Uhaul the company is horrific. I’m mean really bad. Made the reservation over a month out one of the locations on Uhaul’s website. Called the day before to confirm and they told me they don’t offer Uhauls. I told them they were an option on Uhaul’s official site and they said they have been requesting to be removed for months. So I moved location to Ridgeland site. They did not have the two dollys I reserved.

Convenient location, easy after hours pickup.
Linden PWhen I got the truck, there was no walk around to see if there was damage done. Also did not walk me through the contract. When I opened the back of the truck it had not been cleaned from the previous persons usage.
joshua kMan was very nice. Helped w hitch. However, the seal on back door leaked and got my boxes in back soaking wet. Also, i paid for 6 blankets and got zero.
