The trailer was returned on Sunday when they were closed. I called first thing Monday morning letting them know that I dropped it off there and the issue. Stayed on hold for 27 minutes. I was told it would get received in soon, but then got another call from the original location that it was supposed to be dropped off at later in the day, telling me that it had still not been received into the system. I called back and they close at noon every day. Onl a sidenote, the location in Jackson that it was supposed to been returned to, were super helpful and friendly every time I spoke to them

It is a funny location. It is only open until noon each day. It carries a lot of equipment but it is a little like the “soup nazi”. The man is not very friendly but he is helpful and conscientious.
