I could not get the uhaul app to work at that location. I rented for 2 days but said I might only need 1 day and the agent said that all I needed to do was return it before the 24 hrs were up and he would make the adjustment. I returned the truck 10-15 minutes before the 24 hours were up. The agent was not there but left a note stating he was on the grounds and call him if I needed help now. I called twice before the 24 hrs were up and left a message stating that. My 24 hrs were up at 10am, I returned the truck at 9:45-950am. He checked the truck in after noon and charged me for 2 days. I called and left a message for him to make an adjustment to the charges. I just received my credit card bill and there was no adjustment on the charges.
