The truck still had snow on the roof of the box, the truck was surrounded by snow and ice, was slipping just to get to the truck door, had to reverse and drive multiple times to get it out of the ice and snow, drivers visor was broken and hit me in the face while driving
John PThe uhaul experience and speaking to customer service , they were very helpful . As far as renting from RightSpace in Londonderry, It was a hassle. There was no one there at the scheduled pick up time. Also there should have been a full tank of gas so I could accurately fill it up . Picking up the truck took a long time between downloading the app, calling U-Haul and getting the code to the gates.

Andrew FWhen I went to pick up the van, the access code sent to me through the app did not work to open the gate. I climbed through to get in to access the van. When I went to drive out it opened.

James SThe code to get into the facility should be made available immediately and should be in the vehicle for returning. That was one of the most frustrating experiences. Also the gas cap was broken.

Mark DHad issues getting final receipt . Was told to call MHT location, was told it would be over a half hour wait on the home. Called back later same issue. Need final receipt emailed go me. You need to train site personal at remote locations to handle issues..!

Hartley PWhen we first rented did a physical rent at pickup location...employee entered us into system and reserved our pickup on 8-19 for 730am at derry rotary. An hour later I got call from Kimberly that my rental wouldnt be available im derry but bedford. Told her not acceptable as 20 additional miles away!! There are 4 rental locations in derry....then recieved a confirmation for mohawk drive for 730 pick up on 8-19 but a size down...which was the size we had wanted but rotary had only larger one. I called back and confirmed for the mohawk location and also recieved a text confirmation.I also left message on mohawk lacation if any issues and or questions with my number as this was going sooooo well. Arriving on the morning od pickup at 730 at the scheduled pickup site....we learn that they dont open until 830.....Problem as we just drove from epsom to sit outside gate for hour. I call office and spoke with Ann who intructed me that she could text me a link that once setup I could access truck!!1 After getting text SITE was a cluster..I wouldne allow me to oick email or phone to set verification to...then when trying fron husband phone we got pass that step and got code...it timed out session.. At this point we drove to get a coffee and regroup!! Upon returning and at 820ish the employee opened gate and was able to set us up with our rental. He was helpful and got us on the road.Only an hour and half behind schedule! All went well with truck ..move and return ..same employee checked us out and we ended day on a high note! GETTING THE TRUCK AT THE LOCATION YOU WANT WHEN YOU RESERVE IT MORE THAN A WEEK IN ADVANCE should not have been this hard! Thanks

Theresa HThe whole process with the clerk at the counter went terrible. Was told to make sure i fill the fuel up to the level it was given to me at which was 3/4 full. I only drove 16 miles total and put more gas in than the reading showed beforehand and still somehow got billed for over $100. Place didnt even have the dolly or blankets that i still ended up paying for. How do i go from $20 for 10ft 9 hour rental to $110 when all is said and done? Terrible service
Steven NNo one was around when I arrived or returned my vehicle. The gate was locked and I wasn't given a code to return the vehicle safely.

Linda RGot over charged 30 dollars and they don’t know why and was told to call 1800gouhaul. Was very inconvenient to have to do that and be surprised by this extra amount that cant be explained .
Charles EUpdating the reservation on line was not as straight forward as it should be. The process ended up creating a whole new reservation without removing the old one.
Ted MExcellent experience renting a uhaul van for the day to move some furniture. The manager at Right Space was not only professional and courteous but very personable and welcoming. Overall - excellent vehicle & customer experience! Highly recommend!
Paula Nit would be very beneficial if the 10 ft trucks had some kind of ramp added or built into the rear door.

Note that if you drop off the vehicle off hours, they give you a code to get in, but didn't explain how to get out of the fenced in area once the gate closed behind me as I returned the truck. I was lucky my ride home stayed outside the gate so that person could re-enter the code so the gate would open for me to get out of the fenced in area otherwise I would have been trapped.

William GI have used this location a number of times since moving to the area. Never a problem with rentals or with staff. Scott took care of all the details for much welcomed in and back experience. My go to place in the area.
Steve Dthis was not my original reservation location it was Mabardy Oil in Derry Nh they did not have a truck there that I reserved and the person inside said he said he could not help me, So I went to the Londonderry store Right Space Storage on Londonderry Rd & he sent me to this location and got me in touch with customer service person to change my order. When we got here no one was there finally after Mutiple calls back to the other store they had someone from there other store show up she had a lot of anergy people to deal with but crying does not help I could not do the check out and I could not wait for her to stop crying when I returned I again could not do the check in for some reason and I returned before 5pm as she asked but again there was no one there to help with check in so I took a picture of gas & millage & put keys in drop box now I am being charged 1/3 108.79 , 12/31 50.00, 12/27 0 , 12/31 112.64 for a truck that was 15' not 20 or 26' so it was too small & I did not get until 10:12 not 9:00 so I paid my movers a extra hour pd 3x for truck that was not what I ordered and now I am going to have to rent another truck to finish the job myself this week. I am verry unhappy with the whole thing and the truck was in bad repair had a bad shaking in the front end and exhaust leak that was entering into the cab of the truck I needed to drive with windows open the truck was clean I would like someone to credit my CC the $50.00 12/31 & 112.64 12/31, & give me the $50.00 credit off my order for not having the truck I reserved ready for me at the location I original reservation was made Donna 603-553-0548
DONNA EYour Londonderry office staff was friendly, informative and efficient. She made the process great. I was unaware of this location, previously, but will be sure to use it for all my storage/rental needs in the future.

ROBERT HThe seat belt indicator was broken and continued to beep regardless of how many attempts I had to unbuckle and buckle it. The expense that we ended up with was astronomical. My husband rented a $20 truck, yes, he didn't read that was in-town only, but how do we go from $20 to over $140 for a 36 mile roundtrip drive? I filled it with gas, so thats not what happened. Im upset and feel that I was taken advantage of in my situation that I couldn’t change until it was too late.

SHANE GWhen we went to return we were never given the code to get back in. Parked the van in front of the fence away from the gate. Tried to call Uhaul waited on hold for 39 minutes before I hung up and slid the the fence and put the keys in the lock box. Overall everything was ok with the van, the drop off was a huge pain.

KEVIN CConfusing how to get in the gate, get to lock box and key off hours. Took a long time to just go figure out where everything was. Uhauls were not in good condition here. No instructions to simply use the Uhaul. Not a lot of room to park uhaul or turn around. It took an hour to go through the process to even start driving it. Not clear that Uhaul is even at this gated Storage Facility.
Samantha MReturning the truck using the app was impossible. I tried over 20 times to take a picture of the odometer and fuel gauge, but I was never able to get past that step. After being on hold with customer support for a half hour (so now I've been sitting in the parking lot for an hour trying to return this truck), there was an employee there who told me to just leave and he would handle the return for me. Not long after that, I received my confirmation email that the truck was returned. There should be a separate survey about the pickup/dropoff procedure, but U-Haul would like be horrified by the responses. Kudos to the staff at this location or else U-Haul would not have any customers.

Denise OI had made a reservation for a dolly and moving blankets. The dolly was provided, but not all of the blankets were available for me. Being that I made a reservation for these items in advance, I consider this a poor response for customer service. In addition, the cab interior was not wiped down at all after the previous owner turned in the vehicle.

HEM BI might recommend. While Service is friendly a dome light inside was broken, a plastic cover from some part of the truck was in back and I after checking in online the customer service rep had to reenter information

John RMake sure trucks are inspected (stickers placed on the truck for previous damage) and cleaned inside prior to the customer leaving with the truck, twice now, renting from this uhaul company, they didn't have the truck inspected, and ready, I had to wait and inspect it with them to point out previous damage, instead of going and inspecting before I leave, they had to add stickers while I was waiting to do my inspection inside, and out, and check miles. It slows down the customer, who may not always have the extra 15-20 min. To wait for that to be done with you there. The second truck we rented, was absolutely disgusting inside, sticky floors, cup holders, the breaks were unbelievably squeaky, and not easy to see due to there was a head light 80% dead.

Kim RVan was dirty inside. Had a low front tire and would have taken a long time for a tech to come out. Only a pick up spot no other trucks on site. Brakes sounded tiny and driver mirror was cracked. No back up camera available. Mirrors shook while driving making rear view hard to see. Service from attendant was great and she noted all complaints.

When I took pictures as required app stated no enough storage space and would freeze. Had to keep truck overnight and try again in the morning and finally was able to complete.
