DOUGLAS BMake sure the truck you rent out isn't a danger of catching fire, make sure the truck you intend to rent out is clean and there isn't garbage in it. See that the rental is available where you say it will be. Not 26 miles away. Make sure the truck is mechanically sound. This review is in no way reflective of the woman who went above and beyond to help us get on the road. She deserves a raise. She helped with getting us into a truck and then getting the truck changed when the first truck ended up being a hazard to drive. The first truck ended up being a fire hazard and a potential bomb on wheels.

kevin mYou can give them a few extra miles because I had to pay extra because of a detour secondary to a fatal accident on I-44. Just a shame for the money spent.i was unable to check not applicable to whether the staff was helpful, I had no interaction with them so I checked no. This is a survey priblem

James LPerson who checked my mother out. Whom is retired and on fixed income could not answer the question of reimbursement if not used for the entire rental time. Being she rented it for five days and it was only used for two of those five days. Maybe 2.5 depending on how uhaul does their days. So I just figured I would ask the store I was dropping off at the same question. However the rest of the transaction was pleasant and he was as helpful as he could be.
