I went to the address at 7137 Hwy 1 in Port St. Lucie. No one warned me that there is no ‘store’ there. No signs. When I called I was informed that this is a satellite location with no personnel. No one for paperwork. No signs for where trailers were. I called and was told I was on my own. Go around back of building and hook up the trailer but be sure to call us before you leave or you will be viewed as stealing the trailer. I have never had such poor service from Uhaul as all other locations at least helped me or at least checked things out. Nowhere in my confirmation was ANY of this process spelled out. Needless to say it was a learning experience and part of that was not to use Uhaul in the future and I will tell everyone I know about it.

JUAN CBusiness not open. There was a phone number to call and they said they were busy and would call me back, but never did. I dropped the trailer off and took photos. The next day they logged it in and then charged me for an extra day. I had to call and have the charge refunded. Not acceptable.
Ronald WI dropped the trailer. Did not speak to anyone or see anyone. It was handled virtually by taking pictures of the trailer and location in their lot. I suppose the drop was fine with me. Trailer was fine.
