It’s an unmanned location
Doris FFalsely advised as a in person pickup and was completely online as well as didn't have the truck I reserved available with the needed supplies. The only reason this isn't getting one star is the AMAZING customer service from the kind lady at a *different* location who was able to get things mostly straightened out.
Amber GSome human interaction is needed for oversight and checks. I paid for a lift truck and didn't receive one. But I went ahead and did what I had to do with a lil more inconvenience of course. But overall the truck works .
Nicholas RTruck no clean. Truck super tight between other trucks when I picked up. App was absolutely miserable to deal with - the key pickup was so far from the truck. The lock on the key pickup was rusted shut and hard to open. The dolly I ordered wasn’t available. All around a really bad experience. The drop off was sooo difficult - app refused to work and had to wait for an agent at night after a long day or carrying stuff. It was bad. Bad bad bad. I will gladly pay a bit more for a non-U-Haul option next time.
