No one at location to do a walk around or help hook up and check lights. And location was flooded so I was in ankle height water hooking up trailer. Location wasn't open when I arrived during business hours.

Doris FFalsely advised as a in person pickup and was completely online as well as didn't have the truck I reserved available with the needed supplies. The only reason this isn't getting one star is the AMAZING customer service from the kind lady at a *different* location who was able to get things mostly straightened out.
Amber GSome human interaction is needed for oversight and checks. I paid for a lift truck and didn't receive one. But I went ahead and did what I had to do with a lil more inconvenience of course. But overall the truck works .
