Customer service needs to be addressed for sure. You go to this location and are wandering around looking for an office that doesn’t exist and the address isn’t correct on the app. Poorly operated location!!

Truck was dirty, requested a dolly and there wasn’t one. The app was buggy had to redo the pictures 3 times.
Blake BI was told the wrong address, and was 15 minutes late, and charged 60.00... I think it was very unfair.
Carrie CIt was confusing because we were looking for a physical building for this location.
Octavia GTrying to find where the keys were was a pain. We drove all over the shopping center trying to find an office and then just happened to stumble upon the wooden post with the key boxes. Need to find a better way to let people know where to go other than a shopping center address.
