I should have give a rating of "Very Poor", as I booked a Uhaul at 2:00 PM and I had a deadline to move out stuff the same day. But the customer who took U-haul never returned on time. I would give credit for Sam of Rio for continuousy calling the customer to return on time many times while I was waiting, I got the truck at 4:00 PM !!! Waited for 2 hours ! ( but I guess not because of Rio's mistake) But I want to give my feedback about the location "Millennial Enterprises,1245 S Ashland Ave,Chicago, IL 60608". I booked U-haul from this location originally for 9:00 AM and I was there at this address at 9:00 . even though I saw a 10' truck parked at the location , I cannot find any personal to rent . the "office" at the location is locked from outside. I tried to call them many times , but it won't even take a voice message and nobody picks up the call. I tried to drive around and ask around peple about this rental nobody knows about this. I called your general transportation line and they put me on hold for 1 hour 15 minutes just to tell they don't know anything about an address change or anything about this location. I waited there for 2 hours 30 minutes and finally found another truck at Rio for 2:00 PM. I sincerly want to let you know that this location is going to tarnish the name of U-haul . You should cancel their licence immediately. But then you general line was also such a nightmare ! so who am I complaining! overall the worst horrible experience of my life renting a u-haul truck !!!!!!
