Have not as yet received a good receipt of rental showing paid in full. It shows what I rented but no charges or payments shown, only zeroes. Only proof I have of payment is the charge on my bank VISA card. I will contact the office tomorrow and ask them to send me a complete receipt.THOMAS P.

Website had issues, forcing me to contact customer service twice. Furthermore, the keys weren't in the lockbox ready to pick up. Luckily, one of the employees showed up randomly and got me the keys from inside the store ... an hour after my pickup time.Jonathan B.

Make sure ordered equipment is in truck. Second time I didn't get my appliance dolly. Other than that was a great move with no issues with truck.Joel S.
The van had an issue where you slow down and power steering would lose boost and you suddenly have a beast to try to steer with your own sheer muscle. It was not safe. I told the rep upon drop off who offered no concession for it. I also had to travel 14 miles out of my way to pickup at this location because another didn't have my truck. The staff member who assigned my truck was extremely kind and professional. He was kind enough to help carry a few small items from my Jeep to the truck at the time of rental. A little goes a long way. I highly recommend.DAYNA R.
Clearer rental period time frame. The UHaul rep stated I had 24 hours but I received a text stating the vehicle was due back in three hours. My reservation was for 9:30 but I was not given keys until 10:30. Text stated vehicle was due back at 1:30 so I really only had 3 hours.LOUIS M.

These people are terrible customer service. They charged me for extra day rental then said they can't return the money. I have to go through district manager. Then customer service agent at aRita Ranch dig wash said oh I will return your money for the actual rental then charged me for two more days. What a joke. This is the 3rd time I've rented equipment at this location. They have always been extremely helpful and courteous, thorough with the reservations, check out, truck or trailer inspection, maintenance and always help me get everything hooked up. This location also keeps the trucks, dollies and trailers pretty clean. Make sure to call ahead to verify what availability is on hand. You'll get a more personable experience here at this location, as well as the U Haul location in Corona De Tucson (at the ACE Hardware store).RONALD B.

Air conditioning would not work in my truck whenever I pressed the accelerator to pass or go up a hill. Whining noise coming from the engine compartment. I had a 7 hour drive in 110 heat and was wringing Wet by the time I got back... Absolutely ridiculous.James S.

the office wasn't open when we got there in the middle of the day, Had to wait for an hour for her to come back. She was told we would be there, but she left any way. She said she called two times, the number she called was our house number. How would I answer my house phone in the car. My cell phone number is on the order. The trailer was old and broken bumpers on the inside.JOYCE S.

The staff at Rita Ranch was great and very helpful! The nightmare was that the original location where we had rented, in person several weeks ago, failed to come through. A trailer wasn't available and we were pretty much on our own to locate another one. They even said they couldn't find our original reservation which was odd because it was in the system. We called the call center ourselves to help us. Very disappointing to say the least.WILLIAM S.

Website was down again as well as the phones, so we could not change our drop off location. We were charged for an extra day because the personnel didn't return the truck in the system until 2 days later. Then we were on hold for 45 minutes to get a refund. Uhal needs a more reliable system and more people in customer service answering phones.JAMES B.
