At pick up the office person was not friendly. At turn in the office was closed at the designated opening time. Have picture that shows the place opens at 9am but a sign on office door showing that the office will not be open until 10am. So I had to wait in order to turn in my trailer. Will not use this location again.

eric jI had to use the online return even though the location was supposedly open because I could not find anyone to help me at 3:45 to 4:15 pm on a Monday. I was glad there was an option to return using the app. I have used this location before and liked it, but I had a less favorable experience today.
BRADLEY BFriendly and efficient. Pick up process was quick and seemless. Equipment) trailer was clean and in good condition. Tires were newer and in good shape. All lights were tested on site and working.
