Harvey G.Your 24/7 check in is shit. You should let people complete the process before hand, or at least tell them they need references or a fucking passport!!! Or a fucking lease agreement!! Who drives around with these things in their car? Terrible experience. I honesrly don't even know if I want to use uhaul ever again because of that. Oh, and if I show up an hour late to pick up my 24/7 pickup the app no longer allows me to pick up the truck? And getting a real person to talk to in your call center takes 20 minutes? What a shit show
