I had to use the online return even though the location was supposedly open because I could not find anyone to help me at 3:45 to 4:15 pm on a Monday. I was glad there was an option to return using the app. I have used this location before and liked it, but I had a less favorable experience today.

Friendly and efficient. Pick up process was quick and seemless. Equipment) trailer was clean and in good condition. Tires were newer and in good shape. All lights were tested on site and working.
