When booking the reservation please make sure you put the correct amount for the truck. I had to make 2 reservations and both showed 79.99 for the truck and 40.00 for the appliances dolly. But it was supposed to only be 39.95 for truck and 10.00 for dolly. The guy at the rental told me to cancel both reservations and he walked me in no problem. Great people.

We came to this location following an Auto Accident to rent a truck and trailer to haul our car to Virginia. The owner met us early on Sunday, rented us a truck and then followed us to a second U Haul Dealer to rent their Trailer. We were in a very difficult situation and he was very helpful to us.

I had an AWFUL experience picking up our U-Haul. I tried to pick it up through the app and website, and couldn't get it to detect my location. I spoke with 3 different people on the phone, with absolutely no help. We ended up having to come back and pick up the U-Haul at 12:30, after the location had opened. There was one person working, and he had NO idea anything about U-Haul or the process we needed to go through to pick up our truck. I am so disappointed in the service we received, and would not recommend renting a U-Haul in this area again. I'm upset that I lost valuable time that could have been spent moving because of technical errors and uneducated staff.

Headlights on truck are horrible. Drivers side light points off to the right. Damage to drivers door so that door does not seal making it very loud in cab. This truck needs to be retired.

There was no signage or anything about it being a uhaul pick up/drop off. Would much rather have had a person to interact with the return. Did not find the online return a pleasant experience either.

Could not get price correct. Paid 2.5x more than quoted then given cash to make price correct. Took a very long time to pick up. Also- every Uhaul location I called had a different price. Online price was much higher than locally advertised prices.

The truck drove terrible the steering wheel was almost of 1/2 a turn and the temperature llight stayed at on almost all the time when it started running but the temperature gage keep it below 200 so I knew that was OK but the front in Definitely needs some attention on that unit

Owner did not show up at scheduled time. Had to call UHaul and have them walk me through using App to check the truck out. Was finally able to reach owner on phone to tell me where key was.

Call and see if the equipment is at the place that you said it was before telling the US were to pick it up it's a great way to keep us using u-haul getting to the place you send us to pick up something and it's not there is a bitch

Thy honestly don’t need to be a uhaul dealer they were very ill prepared to do the job. The card reader didn’t work, the poor guy had to do the online paperwork 6 times, they had no furniture pads, and a 15 minute process took almost an hour! The guy who helped us was the only one there and I felt terrible for him! He did amazingly for the amount of stuff that didn’t work!

Truck ran terrible and cost me $500 in fuel for a trip that cost $200 in fuel just a few months before. It kept breaking down back firing going up hills at just 25 mph and also had something broken in the rear suspension . It also smelled like beer and cigarette and was full of trash when we picked it up. It wa a realy bad experience for us.

If your paying for a $130 u-haul you should be provided with more than 46 miles.. you should atleast be provided with distance your move is going to be.

Made an online reservation for pickup and did the express check-in online. When I got to the location the retailer said they did not have anything available so he canceled my reservation. Had to call 1-800-GO-UHAUL to try and find another truck. After calling they found a truck at a different location and made my reservation there. Doing on online reservation and check-in didn't save any time because he took all of my information and payment again and told me I couldn't use the card I had used online. Uhaul online says they have a $50 guarantee if your equipment was not available at time of pick-up but this was never offered. Also, the retailer changed my rental information at time of pick-up and the total was higher than online rate. He also put the wrong drop-off location and so had to call customer service again to try and find another location. Definitely will never use online reservation again or service.
