The central city location is a small facility and very pleasant and efficient to deal with but the addition of a small to medium storage unit would allow the location to supply boxes for sale rather than the boxes that I purchased from Wal-Mart along with bubble wrap and shrink wrap. Other than that I have nothing but praise for the service and my experience with this location.

Maybe add dollies to every rent

Lisa NOnly thing is nothing against their location but we were charged an inappropriate cleaning fee when we done drop off. Also we put more gas in it then it we got it with. So in my opinion if they felt like our truck was dirty which it was not I even took photos but they should take it off the money I put back in gas for it… but other then that at that location it was good service…
Elliott MWith full honesty, I'll seek out any location Justin owns. Clean cut experience, fair, and enjoyable. The equipment was in easy to access positions, with Justin walking me out, even helping with the dolly, and sitting trailer on hitch.
