The uhaul customer service promised one thing but equipment not available at several local locations. Once issue was cleared up, we were able to get some type of equipment but not was was originally offered. Next time make sure equipment is available with local locations before having to go and get what is needed.

No one was on site, just a phone number on a locked door. When I called the guy told me to leave the trailer in the parking lot. It was hot, I was tired from moving, and this was just a joke of customer service.
