Jason B.You need to have some type of a device to assist removing a trailer from the hitch when you return the trailer after hours. The 6' x 12' dual axil weighs +150 lbs. that needs to be lifted off the ball. When your by yourself that could cause injury.

MATTHEW MILAN W.The rental was not as agreed. It was 24 HR instead of the rented requested 48 hr The app didn't work on site. No one in office. Made numerous calls for assistance, in addition did the chat. Kept saying to head to location, GPS showed we were not there. We were. At one point we were inside the truck talking to rep and they said GPS said we were not there. Supposedly sent lock box code 2x but did not come thru until 3rd time. We were now 1hr late on timeline, had to load, drive 1hr, unload and drive 1hr back to return. App didn't work to return truck. Then drive 1hr back home. Called in am about mix up and issues and was given absolutely nothing! Not even an apology. Guess we go back to Penske.

Andrew S.The people running everything were super nice and I was in and out with the truck I reserved in about 10 minutes. Quick and easy. Truck was clean, ran well, and I didn't have any problems until I went to return the truck, which I was told I could do after hours. I was not told what the passcode was to get through the gate of the self storage area and return my truck, and had to wait for someone with a storage unit to come unlock the front gate for me. As it was dark and I was alone, it didn't feel like a super safe experience. If the code was somewhere for me to find, it would have been nice to know.

JEFFERY RALPH G.I would not recommend this location to a friend. Terrible quality instructions for both picking up the vehicle, locating the vehicle and the key location, as well as the gate code. Absolutely terrible uHaul customer service, over 50 minutes on hold at 6am (ET) when told it was a 13 minute wait initially.
