Store was not open on time I had to wait. The dolly I reserved was not there. Did not explain anything. I asked about returning truck I was told I could return anytime gate would be open I didnt need code. Came to return truck and gate was locked had to drive 20 mins back to new house to return next morning. Being on time with dolly I had reserved and wouldve been nice. Not wearing a mask it was a requirement at the time.

When I came into the office to return the truck, I spoke to the representative and she did not spoke back. During the process of waiting for the inspection of the truck and getting a receipt, I felt she was not professional nor attentive to me as a customer and was trying to rush me out of the office. The representative that rented me the truck Thursday was attentive and professional.

I originally was supposed to pick up my truck on Friday and have it all day on Saturday. I Called three different times to verify that was correct and they said yes. When I called the location on Friday again to verify that the truck was ther they said that they didn't have a truck there for mr. They then just gave me uhaul's phone number and said that I would need to call uhaul myself to figure out where to pick up another truck. They never offered to help me find it even though they are the ones who messed it up and I had to drive 45 minutes one way and 45 minutes back to get a truck. I was very displeased with the experience I had at 802 W Broad Street Chesaning, Michigan. The place that I ended up going to get the truck was great and helpful. Although I still had to pay the extra mileage of driving the truck even though it wasn't my mistake.

My niece dropped the trailer and was very thankful the person working assisted her with taking the trailer off the hitch. Great job! I don't have his name, but hopefully you can find it out By seeing who was working.

Overall the truck was OK, but the windshield wipers were completely wore out as the rubber on the blades was actually gone. I bought new ones and installed that night as we were leaving for Florida. I put the old ones in a bag behind the seat with receipt and was going to try to get a refund when I dropped off in FL, but I forgot when I dropped off the truck. Over the years, there has been something not up to par with every rental truck I've had. Besides this truck in the past two other U-haul trucks had wiper issues. One the wiper blade flew off when I turned them on in a snow storm; another U-haul truck I rented one time the wipers would not turn off on a sunny 80*F day and of course this last truck I rented where the wipers were completely wore out.

This was an after hours drop off and a terrible experience. The stubby driveway in front of the gate is hardly big enough for a 26' truck with its back end out to a busy highway. The app provided absolutely no direction on how to get the gate to open or where to drop keys.

cargo area of truck not clean- blankets that were ordered ahead of time were not available- had to purchase from another location- computer system was down so wait time was excessive

I felt rushed and felt like I was a kid. They called and check up on me server times and spoke with them on the phone to keep it as long as I needed it. They called me ask where I was I said using it still and said they needed it back bcos they rented it out to another client! Unprofessional! Not happy!
