I booked a reservation online with No Coverage I get to the store to pick up the lady added coverage without my consent didn't realize until later that night I've never experienced that before with U-Haul only at this location they should make adjustments to app if coverage is automatically added

John M.The tank wasn't feel when I got it and then when I got my receipt they charge me for it because I didn't bring it back to where it was at and I took my whole $80 instead of just taking some of it and putting some of it back so now I'm being charge for the next person. I'll take my business elsewhere next time. So I'm basically paying for myself in the next person and the previous person. I'm sorry.
