Not bad overall. Not having a full tank of gas to begin with leaves the customer with the burden of calculating how much exact gallons to leave which can be tedious to find. I am guessing in such cases (check your records), the customer would likely leave significantly more gas (loose money) than he/she begin with and hence company making unearned money.
