The van smelled like they where growing weed inside the cab my self and 14 yr. daughter had to smell that SHIT for about an hour, and even with the windows down still then air out is very good the smell was still in there when I returned it. OH the gauge on the dashboard said that the front tire was low on air . Surprising I didn't have to check the transmission fluid and oil too I mean what I have to do be the maintenance man too while I am just trying to be a driver.

Both units at this site were not is good working order or clean. I code the one with the best tires but it had grass clippings and oil on the floor also 2 of the six tie down rings weee broken. I was made to believe I had to purchase insurance. The trailer was almost double what I expected to pay. If I would have had the time I would have went with another company. The return ihaul dealer in Pascagoula MS was a total different story. Great people great to deal with.
David WThe 20 ft truck was pretty beat up.. scratches all over and on the side of the box end of the truck. Rumbling while going down the road. Over all it was fairly clean and had a great pick up and drop off service.
Spencer LThe truck was in terrible mechanical condition. The steering was loose as though it had excessively worn steering components. The brakes were downright dangerous and pulsed more aggressively than i have ever encountered on any vehicle I have ever driven. I did not become fully aware of how dangerous the vehicle was until after the office closed and i had hired movers already and would not have received a refund had I cancelled. That is the only reason I used it. This truck is an accident waiting to happen. The only positive part was that the staff who assisted me when I picked the truck up were very courteous and friendly. The truck itself was the only unsatisfactory part.
Brett BOnly thing I can recommend is have more fuel in tank to start. My truck was at 5/16 I would suggest at least 1/2 tank.
