The truck was not well maintained. The passenger would not open from the outside. The door seals fell off on both driver and passenger sides while driving down to Nashville, it was very noisy in the cab.Todd H.

I came before store hours and the lighting was very limited, making it difficult to find markers. Being the first time using the app service, there could be more information surrounding the specific process / locations of items on your premises. For example, the app shows an orange U-haul drop box for the keys when closing the reservation - I did not find one and put them in your white drop box.Katie L.

In contrast to my pickup location in AZ, this location was A+ all around, excellent in all categories. They paid attention to the notes entered by Roadside Assistance (also a superb group of employees - get the insurance, they're absolutely fantastic). They communicated clearly, patiently, and helped facilitate an easy drop off. They were knowledgeable and efficient. Their facility was very clean, well maintained. Their inspection was fair, quick, and thorough. I highly recommend using this location if you can (and, again, get the insurance, uhaul's got your back in the best of ways when you really need them).Matthew O.
YOU CAN IMPROVE ThE MAINTAINANCE ON YOUR TRUCKS, THE ONE THAT I HAD WAS VERY UNEXCEPTABE AND I HAVE A VERY SERIOUS COMPLAINT ABOUT IT, FIRST OF ALL I HAD NO PROFESSIONAL HELP GETTING MY VEHICLE ON THE THE TOW DOLLIE, I HAD TO FIGURE IT OUT ALONG WITH A YOUNG FEMALE THAT WORKED THERE, THAT'S JUST THE BEGINNING. THE TRUCK ITSELF WAS UNALIGNED, AND THE BRAKES WERE ALMOST NON ESSISTANCE. I HAVE HAD TWO MAJOR KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGERIES AND BEING THAT I HAD TO PUT THE BRAKES ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR TO STOP THE VEHICKLE. THAT PUT SO MUCH STRESS ON MY RIGHT KNEE, I HAD TO PUT ON A BRACE THAT I HAD JUST HAPPEN TO HAVE IN MY PURSE THAT I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WAS THERE, IT HAD NEVER BEEN USED BEFORE, AND I HADN'T HAD TO WEAR A KNEE BRACE IN A LONG LONG LONG TIME, I KNEE IS IN SO MUCH PAIN FROM MY OVER 900 MILE DRIVE. I COULD BARELY GET IN AND OUT OF THE TRUCK BECAUSE OF THE EXCRUCIATING PAIN. EVEN NOW I'M STILL IN PAIN AND WILL BE FOR SOME TIME TO COME, I HAVEN'T HAD THIS KIND OF PAIN IN MY RIGHT KNEE IN YEARS. Thankful that the one employee had a fuse tester to discover that our truck had a blown fuse which caused the left signal on the trailer to not work. We were able to replace the fuse, hook up the trailer and be on our way pretty quickly!Susan S.

The only issue I had with the vehicle was a message indicating the front camera had a fault, as well as another message I assume was related. As the U-Haul was not aware of those warnings I don't blame them. It did not affect the functionality of the vehicle at all. You need to have some type of a device to assist removing a trailer from the hitch when you return the trailer after hours. The 6' x 12' dual axil weighs +150 lbs. that needs to be lifted off the ball. When your by yourself that could cause injury.Troy H.

Back right tire on the 12/6 trailer had less than 20 lbs in it. Called after I was half loaded to see if they had a compressor and they didn't. Also he hooked the chains up almost on the ground, weight adds to that. I had to fix both of the issues.Andrew H.

The rental was not as agreed. It was 24 HR instead of the rented requested 48 hr The app didn't work on site. No one in office. Made numerous calls for assistance, in addition did the chat. Kept saying to head to location, GPS showed we were not there. We were. At one point we were inside the truck talking to rep and they said GPS said we were not there. Supposedly sent lock box code 2x but did not come thru until 3rd time. We were now 1hr late on timeline, had to load, drive 1hr, unload and drive 1hr back to return. App didn't work to return truck. Then drive 1hr back home. Called in am about mix up and issues and was given absolutely nothing! Not even an apology. Guess we go back to Penske.Brian G.

The people running everything were super nice and I was in and out with the truck I reserved in about 10 minutes. Quick and easy. Truck was clean, ran well, and I didn't have any problems until I went to return the truck, which I was told I could do after hours. I was not told what the passcode was to get through the gate of the self storage area and return my truck, and had to wait for someone with a storage unit to come unlock the front gate for me. As it was dark and I was alone, it didn't feel like a super safe experience. If the code was somewhere for me to find, it would have been nice to know.CLAIRE ELIZABETH O.
