Diana SI got charges 54 bucks for 4 hours of rental service I turned it in after a hour and still got charged 54 bucks
Jesus OThe vehicle was loud, cab doors didn't seal well so the wind noise was insanely loud, had a terrible exhaust leak, struggled to do highway speeds. Plus there was a small hole in the box so a little water came in. Why uhual rented me a truck with 199k miles is crazy. The location I got it from was amazing thou.

Robert BMake sure truck has full tank of fuel and make sure it is clean prior to use. It was filthy in the bed and had to be cleaned prior to use. That is unacceptable. I have rented many times before and have not had this experience prior times. Very disappointing.

betty lI had the truck reserved until 3, and I was told that someone else reserved the truck starting at 3. I thought that was weird to not have any time in between for inspection.
Allison KI was charged $144 for my uhaul, but they pulled out an extra $100 since it was a prepaid car. I returned the uhaul last night at Riverside in Marion, IN. i’ve yet to get my $100 back into my account like they said it would.

Bryce CNeeded my truck rental in gas, city, Never receive my confermation call as promise. So i called to conferm and was told to pickup in marion,indiana. I went to Marion,ind to pickup and could not get self service to let me check in. So i had to call Uhaul and expain this problem 30 min. Later i was able to get my truck I was late to pick up my items by 30 min..pickup at my appointment Witchput me last to be loaded.. Thanks UHaul...... I rent a least 6 times a year and this time was very unprofessional provded...... Truck wipers are worn out. Could not clean the windsheld with out stoping and getting out of truck to self clean. Lucky it did not rain..Tommy
TOMMY SThe truck had once had motor oil in it, you couldn’t see it but you could smell it and myself and someone else helping me move slipped while in the truck. Thankfully no one was hurt.

Joel TI requested 24/7 Ride Share or whatever its called. The app told me it had to be hand delivered. Caused me 1.5 hours.
William KThe key had to be forced into the slot. A net box may be in order if the keys are thicker than the slot. Uhaul (not the site) check in procedures are ridiculously difficult and time consuming. I finally had to call and have a representative bypass the log in window to check the vehicle back in. I was on my way home an hour and twenty minutes later. :/
