Roadz Mobile Tire was a run down building with three broken down cars and an old cement truck. An awful representation for U-Haul. The rental truck was great, but the facility was embarrassing and terrible. I won’t return there.

App kept kicking us in circles, had trouble getting ahold of someone (at one point the machine told us it would be an hour to get through), key was not in lockbox after we finally got it open. Couldn’t add any of the departure photos to the app, was told to give them at drop off but no one was available at drop off to give them too. Not sure U-Haul even got all the information they needed from us. Overall we got a truck for the price they said but the whole experience didn’t feel professional at all.
Ashleigh BI did not have the correct dolly that I reserved and I had a dolly that I did not reserve so I would like to have the seven dollars returned to me for not having the equipment I requested.
Deseret BThe location does not indicate that it is a U-Haul pick up area. The U-Haul truck was concealed amongst other trucks and equipment. The communication for pick up was very poor. Did not let the customer know that it was a remote pick up. It was not indicated that you needed to download the U-Haul app in order to access your reservation and keys. Tech-support was OK, however, I never spoke to the same representative twice. My order was incomplete. There were no blankets in the truck.. we had to make an additional trip to the main U-Haul site to pick up blankets, which took time away from us being able to use the truck. Unfortunately, U-Haul will get a very poor score because each location was uninformed regarding my reservation.
Tanya MThey had several U-Haul trucks on a very small lot which made it hard to get the truck out of its parking spot or even take the pre-rental pictures required.
Nicole CHave a fully functioning app, and also have the guidelines for the rental beforehand. This is the first time I’ve had to do a whole background check and everything just to get a vehicle. I’ve used U-Haul several times and this is the first and it was very frustrating. Trying to get it all done before I could even pick up the vehicle.
Teofilo CRequested dolly and didn’t have one. No one was there to get a dolly or help me.
