The location does not indicate that it is a U-Haul pick up area. The U-Haul truck was concealed amongst other trucks and equipment. The communication for pick up was very poor. Did not let the customer know that it was a remote pick up. It was not indicated that you needed to download the U-Haul app in order to access your reservation and keys. Tech-support was OK, however, I never spoke to the same representative twice. My order was incomplete. There were no blankets in the truck.. we had to make an additional trip to the main U-Haul site to pick up blankets, which took time away from us being able to use the truck. Unfortunately, U-Haul will get a very poor score because each location was uninformed regarding my reservation.

They had several U-Haul trucks on a very small lot which made it hard to get the truck out of its parking spot or even take the pre-rental pictures required.

I’ve used U-Haul several times and this is the first and it was very frustrating. Trying to get it all done before I could even pick up the vehicle.
