They had several U-Haul trucks on a very small lot which made it hard to get the truck out of its parking spot or even take the pre-rental pictures required.

Have a fully functioning app, and also have the guidelines for the rental beforehand. This is the first time I’ve had to do a whole background check and everything just to get a vehicle. I’ve used U-Haul several times and this is the first and it was very frustrating. Trying to get it all done before I could even pick up the vehicle.
