The site manager should instruct his employees to the proedures for renting all equipment and not just vehicles. Person duty did not have the rented furniture blankets ready or knew where to get them and had to be pursuaded to call his supervisor. This was not my preferred pick up site.Mark G.

Originally you had be picking up from a non human place. This caused us an hour in the phone and the cancellation of the truck there only to go to the han store and receive excellent service. I just looked at my receipt and I didn't ask for any insurance coverage yet I see you changed me. Would I suggest U-Haul no. Would I suggest the location on Beck drive yes. I would like a refund of the 14.00 over charge.Brandon H.

Overall we did not have a very good experience with Uhaul. For one, when we picked up our truck the employee pointed out that the passenger side mirror on our truck was completely shattered and gone. The employee documented the damage before we took the truck, however this damage made it difficult for us to back up into spaces and feel safe while driving. In addition to that, I bought a plastic mattress cover to slide over my mattress for moving. I was never given my mattress cover either, which was frustrating since I did not want my brand new mattress ti get dirty while moving. When we got home and started ti load up the truck we put the truck ramp down. When we did this we found a dead cockroach that was sitting on the ramp. That was disgusting to find and grossed me out knowing we were about to put all of our belongings where we just found a dead cockroach. Because of all these things, we were very disappointed with our experience with uhaul.Brenna S.

Correct your phone pick up program cause I started at 23389 so I didn't go over at all I sent a picture of the milage and gas tank before I left but you people still over charged. Communication between main office and pick up point left alot to be desired, Pick up point was changed last minute, and new pick up point was offline, and we had to wait for delivery and left 2 hrs. late.james C.
