Had to call Uhaul customer service four times. Kansasville did not check-in the truck until a week later and truck was moved around. Not sure if it was used or why it was being moved. Customer service was very professional, however was unable to contact the pickup location or the area manager. Additional charges was also applied to bill which I did not request. Customer service had to email the area manager and instructed him to email me on resolution, which I have not received. The truck was very difficult to drive with a very loose steering which made it unsafe to drive on the interstate.

Bob was very tentative and knowledgeable when answering my questions,
DIANE GWhen I arrived at location and scanned to start process the system indicated my return destination was 801 Main St Union Grove, Wi. Went inside KANSASVILLE location and they gave me number for U-Haul traffic. Called and worked to get drop off approved for KANSASVILLE location. Very upsetting to have U-Haul change location that I contracted for and cause me to waste time at drop off location. Checked email and saw message saying Per our conversation I agreed to change. I never had a conversation or corresponded to change location and will never choose the Union Grove location because of facility layout which creates difficulty with parking. I hope U-Haul never repeats this action to change my contracted drop off location without my approval. If it is repeated I will never be a U-Haul customer again.
Scott MI had requested this location as my pick-up location. However, for no good reason, I was sent a message informing me that I was assigned a pickup location in Burlington, which is about 5 miles further, both directions, at $1.29 per mile. I'd like to know why the computer was trying to cost me $12.90 more, again, for no good reason. The Kansasville location had the truck size I requested available, and the moving blankets. Why?
Gerald WMy review has nothing to do with the current location but after my original location was changed without contacting me first and after I had to settle for a smaller truck my key was not available when needed. I am extremely not satisfied with Uhaul as a whole. They did however find me a good fix that resolved all my issues.
