The location for pickup changes most of the time from the original available and assigned location. Usually it adds 30 or more extra miles from location initially assigned. I have had that experience 3 times already in the past 120 days.

the truck wasn't in best condition. the pickup was poor, there was a huge noise coming in from left window as if the window or door would be a little open.

Old truck was given instead of new low miles as contracted. Seat belt latch was one of a couple issues. Wiring on auto transport had to be replaced (frayed). Got the job done, but the unit used should be retired from the fleet.

I do not like how I was told I would be compensated 40 extra miles, since I had to do out of my way and change pickup locations, yet somehow still got charged for the extra 31 miles I used which didn’t even reach the 40 I was supposed to be compensated....piss poor way to treat your customers!!!

location a little hard to find. I somehow was assigned a different pickup and return location and am not sure how this happened. Did not notice it due to the random way the pickup locations are assigned the day before.

Sales representative came out showed me how to attach trailer made sure my chain or hooked up properly and that my lights worked correctly showed me how the ramps work was very satisfied with his explanation of how to use the trailer would definitely recommend this location to a first time renter

The equipment was mis-charged, multiple entries appearing on my credit card, very hard to get a hold of a u haul rep, as the dealer can't make any changes or corrections. The u haul call in support was terrible, and never could get a hold of a person, nor was there any real information via the call in. Got a partial support via chat - but will take days to get resolved. Over all - the back end makes the service almost impossible to use

No one was there in rock hill location the parking lot was driving through mud to drop the truck then we get a notice that we owe a huge amount for gas afte e left it with more then when we picked up the truck. Got an email asking for proof sent it with gas gage and mileage and proof from bank. Now no response except an emailed bill with a late charge. Already paid !!!!!

My haul was supposed to be in monticello. Uhaul made me go to another location. They called me the day after I booked it and told me this but said they would call me and try to move it to the proper location. They never called and didn't move it. It delayed my trip and was very inconvenient.

Drop off was confusing, there were no signs on where to leave it and what else is required. They then billed me to clean it. Its an open trailer, there may have been a string or 2 left in there which I would have been happy to clean it my self would I have known that they bill for something lie that (no other rental ever billed me for cleaning). I then emailed them to find out more, about that, no reply!

When I originally called and made my reservation I spoke with a rep at my local uhaul location she told me the car transport will be available at the Middletown store I agreed. So then I get a call the day before my reservation date telling me the car transport is in rock hill, I was not happy with that because rock hill is an additional 30-40 min from where the vehicle is that I needed to transport. I was extremely inconvenienced and had to go out of my way and use extra gas and time traveling to rock hill from queens ny

Overall, in-person and telephone customer service were pleasant and forthcoming. However, Craig, from the Newburgh office, was extremely rude and dismissive of my need for clarification. He is not representative of the quality of service U-Haul stoves to provide its customers.
