KEN P.They didn't mention “after-hours fee†and i got your message only too late. The tank was filled above the level when received the truck and yet you charged me $10 for additional gas! You have charged me a cleaning fee but the truck was clean! Dissatisfied.
Vlado M.This location uses Uhaul's 24/7 TruckShare service. If the location is closed - as it is on Saturdays as of noon - you use "mobile check-in" using a smartphone...which would be all very well - IF THEY HAD DECENT INTERNET SERVICE - WHICH THEY DON'T. Check-in took over an hour and a half, required three different cell phones and loads of patience and help from Uhaul's customer service people over the phone. I will say that the over-the-phone customer service staff were super professional and helpful and navigated the way to successfully checking in - I would give them five stars. My problem is that this location is offering a service they are woefully ill-equipped to provide. Returning the truck and checking out was almost as awful as checking in. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend to a friend.
