The only thing that was frustrating was logging in to the account on the app. It didn't recognize the credentials after changing passwords multiple times so there was a lot of loss time trying to pickup or drop off the vehicle.Hugh R.

I was not impressed with Uhaul online service at all. I went online and reserved over a week in advance and put down a credit card to reserve the location. No one close to us had a 26' truck. If you do online reservations don't say you can rent from that location and not tell us until 24 hours before. I was the one that happen to be confirming Thursday for Saturday rental and found out that there was nothing and they did not have my reservation through the system either yet. You just might want to have a better online system with truck rentals. It sucks moving already but having to deal with not knowing if you are even going to get a truck makes it a nightmare! I was completely and totally dissatisfied with this rental. I will never rent from Uhaul again! Costumer service was rude, very difficult to pick up, and never registered my return. Called 4 times to resolve and still extremely disappointed!Lori T.
It took an hour to pick up the U-Haul; there was an issue with this location's internet connection. Nobody escorted me to the truck to show it to me when I picked it up. When I finally received the truck, there was only 3/8 of a tank of gas in it. Good thing I didn't go very far but this could have been a problem. The cab of the truck was also very dirty again, not a big deal but I don't feel like this should be the norm.Wayne K.

This manager of this facility did not seem to know how to operate the system, he was not available when returned the truck (same day) and did not have an actual return receipt for me. The Check Engine light was on when we picked it up. I also want to include that we rented in Decatur and if we had not called to confirm they had the truck and hauler on site we would have shown up and not had anything to move with. They need to be proactive and call the renters if they have to have us change locations. And the location in Boyd did not have blankets and the dolly, so I had to go back to Decatur for that.Clifton S.

We reserved a 6x12 trailer, 2 furniture dollies and a pack of blankets. All they had was the trailer, but the employee did call U-Haul and have our reservation for the rest switched to another location. The other location didn't have the items either, so we went to another location and gave up because there were 15 people in line there and they were running out of items. This is a small convenience store. There was only one clerk and she did not know much about the U-Haul system. She didn't want to accept our drop-off, but we insisted we had to drop it at this designated location. We called the pick-up location and let them know we had dropped it off and they noted our record. In my opinion, all customer services agents should be well trained in renting and accepting U-Haul regardless of the size of the location. U-Haul has a reputation to uphold.Donna W.

I have rented from this location twice. Each time while providing the necessary information to complete the rental the person assisting would allow other customers to interrupt the process by completing sales such as chewing tobacco, sodas and so on. I feel this is rude and indicates my rental business is less important than the sale of a pack of smokes. Either complete my transaction or put up a sign which states all "UHAUL rental transactions will have to wait while we serve all other consumers".JAMES B.
The agent is claiming I has more miles than was on the odometer. The fist person Rose told me to write the mileage down but when I turned in the truck another person said I was wrong.David G.
The clerk was very professional and friendly. This location does not have any accessories such as a 2" ball that I needed to pull the trailer. I had to go 30 minutes out of my way to purchase the ball and then come back to get the trailer. I recommend all U-Haul renters have, at least, the basics. Other than that it was an excellent experience with a very high quality towing trailer. Thank you and God bless!John B.

The tow dolly work will. The lady that did the scheduling was great. But the place I got it from not sow good. It is a store/service station. I had to wait for them to get the person that do the U-Haul. As she was was taking care of me, each time a person came in to buy something she would stop taking care of me and help them. And after all of that the tow dolly was at the back of all the other one. She did not have enough strength to me move them so I had to help her. I really needed a tow dolly. I was from out of town other wise I would have left. I would recommends the equipment their. But not the staff.David H.
On your website, it states that this location is available until 8p.m.. I scheduled a 7p.m. pickup and arrived at 7:10p.m. to be told that there was no one available to rent the truck to me. After about thirty minutes, they did get someone to the store to assist me. When I returned the truck, the owner told me that he had requested for the time to be changed and show that they did not rent after 7p.m.Patrick M.

Csr was very nice and was very concerned about the trouble I had with the truck like the ac stopped working about half way in to trip, also when I returned the truck the fuel gage was not working so I had to fill all the way up. The Csr made comments on the uhaul page and put truck out of service. I have to say that the drop location was really good.nicholas B.
Employees not inspecting uhaul truck properly...reporting damages to correct documentation before rental and upon delivery at my destination..the damages not documented were placed upon me..this is wrong all the way around..I believe the employee at rock island in boyd should be held liable for this horrific mistake..RONNA W.
