location was fine. uhaul website horrible. technology was not there as designed. furthermore customer service could not be reached. worse online experience i can recall ever having.BARRY D.

I was not impressed with Uhaul online service at all. I went online and reserved over a week in advance and put down a credit card to reserve the location. No one close to us had a 26' truck. If you do online reservations don't say you can rent from that location and not tell us until 24 hours before. I was the one that happen to be confirming Thursday for Saturday rental and found out that there was nothing and they did not have my reservation through the system either yet. You just might want to have a better online system with truck rentals. It sucks moving already but having to deal with not knowing if you are even going to get a truck makes it a nightmare! It took an hour to pick up the U-Haul; there was an issue with this location's internet connection. Nobody escorted me to the truck to show it to me when I picked it up. When I finally received the truck, there was only 3/8 of a tank of gas in it. Good thing I didn't go very far but this could have been a problem. The cab of the truck was also very dirty again, not a big deal but I don't feel like this should be the norm.Wayne K.

This manager of this facility did not seem to know how to operate the system, he was not available when returned the truck (same day) and did not have an actual return receipt for me. The Check Engine light was on when we picked it up. I also want to include that we rented in Decatur and if we had not called to confirm they had the truck and hauler on site we would have shown up and not had anything to move with. They need to be proactive and call the renters if they have to have us change locations. And the location in Boyd did not have blankets and the dolly, so I had to go back to Decatur for that.Clifton S.
We reserved a 6x12 trailer, 2 furniture dollies and a pack of blankets. All they had was the trailer, but the employee did call U-Haul and have our reservation for the rest switched to another location. The other location didn't have the items either, so we went to another location and gave up because there were 15 people in line there and they were running out of items. This is a small convenience store. There was only one clerk and she did not know much about the U-Haul system. She didn't want to accept our drop-off, but we insisted we had to drop it at this designated location. We called the pick-up location and let them know we had dropped it off and they noted our record. In my opinion, all customer services agents should be well trained in renting and accepting U-Haul regardless of the size of the location. U-Haul has a reputation to uphold.Donna W.

Inside of vehicle was very dirty. There was an obvious blood stain on the console of the passenger side and remnants of food all over the floor. This is irresponsible on the part of the originating location if I am to be held responsible on the return location.Gregory B.

I have rented from this location twice. Each time while providing the necessary information to complete the rental the person assisting would allow other customers to interrupt the process by completing sales such as chewing tobacco, sodas and so on. I feel this is rude and indicates my rental business is less important than the sale of a pack of smokes. Either complete my transaction or put up a sign which states all "UHAUL rental transactions will have to wait while we serve all other consumers".JAMES B.
