Went to return the Uhaul the same day at about 10pm and I literally couldn’t get on the premises cause they closed it off with a gate. Said there was 24hr returns and I couldn’t get to the site. I had sit the huge truck in my driveway overnight and I also had to spend more money on gas cause I had only accounted to fill it up for 1 return trip. A few other things happed but just generally not impressed with this location

Staff should be better trained on the rental process Trucks should be readied better ( gas level particularly) Mileage record should also be recorded properly I was charged excessively as was not the correct mileage for my one day rental
