You have to drive through the ghetto to get there. You pull in and it is a trailer in the hood. The lady wasn’t even there. I had to call her, she took 25 minutes to show up.

Andrew FWould recommend this location over the other in Swainsboro. The other location (MoreSpaceUp on Coleman St) was not on site during our scheduled pickup and didn't let us know ahead of time, thus leaving us without a uhaul on our move date. After calling 4-5 phone numbers, I finally received a text saying they weren't available and to find another location. Thus, we were rerouted to Rodd Logistics. We arrived ~20 minutes before Rodd Logistics opened - customer service on the phone told us we could arrive early. The physical location lady was very nice while on the phone pre-opening when I called her, and was more than willing to accommodate us last minute. The man who arrived on site was very nice and crunk the truck up to allow heat to warm up before I even finished paperwork. Very nice and polite.

Stephanie BI rented a 6x12 Inclosed trailer. One thing missing was a jack. I had to pick it up onto my ball hitch. When I returned it I had to lift it off my ball and really hurt my back. You need to put a jack on the bigger trailers
Walter MI had an absolutely horrible experience with U-Haul. The corporate office never told me my location did not have a truck for me and made me drive 30+ miles out-of-the-way and I got charged for it! I also got charged for a safe move?
