I received an email confirming my reservation, including a message saying I would get a call the day before to confirm. No phone call and key for self-pick up was not set up. I spent an hour on the phone getting help. The person on the phone was very helpful and there ended up being another truck availability at that location. I would not use this location in the future. I wasted over an hour trying to get help over the phone.
