Make sure the renal is there when it was promised. This was the worse experience I have ever had with a company that gave me a guarantee that my rental would be ready when promised. When we got there the person did not even know we had a reservation! The truck that should of been ours had not been returned on Thursday night so on Saturday we had to wait 7 hours for them to find us another truck. Needless to say we wasted all that day just waiting. We could of had the truck packed up in the afternoon. This was not a happy move. We were packing up my father in laws house as he passed away last month. We live 3.5 hours from Ogdensburg and I was not impressed with the service we received. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.LAURA P.

The trailer was very dirty inside! If you charge a cleaning fee you should have someone actually clean it! It was returned cleaner than we got it.Joseph C.

Corporate needs to have better communication with the pickup location. The vehicle I requested wasn't there and I didn't find out until I called to check 2 days before I needed it, so I was switched to this pickup location. The staff here was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate me.Joel D.

They had an extremely difficult time setting up the contract online because the U Haul website was very slow. What should have taken five minutes took twenty. Then the hitch on the trailer tongue was faulty so I had to get a different trailer which ment going through the online contracting process all over again!peter V.

I was not able to get the truckor location that I reserved.The custer sevice sead the chepest way to rent the truck $113. one way . The location that I piced up the truck sead it would be $70 round trip and i would not have to fined a way back to my carSteven D.

The rental equipment was not taken care of by traffic, it was not reserved even though guaranteed by credit card. The dealer went over the top to get my trailer and get me on the road before Canadian customs closed at 4pm. I then had to RETURN the trailer to the US, pay the bridge toll again two ways and took another day off work.... dealer was awesome... UHAUL was not helpful. Had I not been working with a good dealer I would have lost hundreds of dollars with delay fees at the border crossing. UGHHH...have never had this problem with other rental agencies. Wlil not use UHAUL again.Bill T.

Ordered a 6x12 Trailer, show up and there is 1 trailer and its a 5x10. I was barely able to fit all my items in that trailer. I suggest Uhaul start paying attention to what thee are sellling and a customer is actually picking up. I know I will think twice on my next move.BRANDT F.
we drove all over to find the place and when we did, they had no idea of any reservation and had no U Haul's. After 7 phone calls finally MYRA, found us one in Pottstown. She was wonderful and should be a supervisor if she isn't. But the initial girl on your 800, number was rude, short on the phone, and obviously did not know what she was doing. Betti AdkinsBETTY A.
