First none of the things I ordered online where in my truck. Second, the price I was quoted I was still charged even with them taking the things they didn't have there off. Third, who doesn't have at least a regular dolly. Definitely real disappointed.

Therefore, we have scratches on furniture because of their poor performance and not having available what we ordered. If we had known ahead of time, I would have gone to buy some.

Brandon B.We arrived in the evening. The young man working at the convenience store made a phone call and then said I needed to do it online. My phone didn't work well at that location so it couldn't capture our location. I then called U-Haul and was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. I hung up after 25 minutes without a human. We took photos and left. Kim from Brady straightened it out the next day, but it was frustrating that the folks at that location didn't seem to be well trained. They did follow through checking in the trailer the next day when asked thanks to Kim from Brady. It was also frustrating to sit on hold for 25 minutes in a dark convenience store parking lot. Technology is great until it isn't, and there always needs to be a way to reach a helpful human in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks for listening.
RICHARD DOUGLAS M.Original pickup reservation was changed without my knowledge to this location. No call no email. Was sent from Temple to Rodgers, unacceptable. The convince store clerk was friendly, but it was clear she had not had any experience at renting Uhaul's. She was also trying to help customers in the store. Not ideal.
Charles S.Ensure equipment is maintained, checked and ready for use when logging it into the UHaul Web System. Upon arrival at pickup location I was informed the trailer was not working. This was very frustrating to be told my confirmed reservation was not valid.
