During my first attempt to address my concerns the agent kept me on the phone over 30 minutes to subsequently disconnect the call. Very poor experience however no problem with the truck. David T.My pickup location got changed 3 times because the first two did not have the equipment - a truck- I had requested way last April. Then the place I finally found with the truck didn't have any furniture blankets and I had to travel to still another place. But I must say that the national UHaul reservations number really worked hard to help me the morning of my move when place after place near me did not have a one way truck. They went out of their way to assist me and gave me extra road time and miles. They made a stressful, near disaster tolerable and I really appreciate it.

James W.They gave me the keys to the truck but did not hook up the auto transporter. Instead I had to spend my own time on moving day backing up the truck multiple times to line up the truck and auto transport to connect them. They did not provide assistance with this either.

I called and spoke to someone was provided no assistance at all. I was told I would be given a discount. I have not received a discount

Sonia L.My original pick up/reservation location was in St. Pauls, NC where i was goung to be loaded my belongings from but was changed to another location in Lumberton,NC which is about a difference of 15-16 miles. I had to purchase additional mileage. Wasn't happy about that.
