Christopher GI feel humiliated and disrespected by this location. I received the vehicle on 11/04/24 and returned the vehicle to the drop off location on 11/05/24 after 1 days usage. The vehicle was full of fuel and I returned the dolly myself. At no time did anyone come out to look at the vehicle before I left. I had to park the vehicle myself and return the keys to the office. I was not given a receipt before I departed showing the date and time the vehicle was returned. I was told the vehicle would be checked in on 11/06/24. I called that day to see if it had been checked in. They said no, and not to worry about the check in date. This caused me undue anguish because I wanted this contract completed in a timely manner. That shouldn't be that difficult. I called U-Haul corporate to express my concern, and they tried to connect with this location but was unable to. Today I get my receipt showing the vehicle was checked in on 11/07/24 after the agreed turn in time. I have never been treated like this by U-Haul after many moves in my 30 year Marine Corps military career and afterwards. I expected better and I don't intend to use U-Haul services again. Timeliness means everything and I'm disappointed. I don't want to responsible for a vehicle I've already turned in. Thanks for listening.
