Honestly, I had a lot of problems, but it wasn't really the location's fault. I booked for a specific Rogers, AR location and was later called by U-haul and asked to switch to a different location to where they are trying to drive more business (and was offered a $10 discount). I agreed. I arrived at the location at about 10:30am and began the check-in process. I did not have the app, so I was using the web-based interface. The site kept glitching. It prompted me to resubmit my drivers license pics and alternate contact person multiple times. I was getting help by an agent in the chat, but the site was not functioning. The agent kept saying that if I refreshed the page it would take me to the payment page, but it just kept prompting me to enter in all the information I had already submitted. Then the agent said I should call because they could help me over the phone better, but I asked them for the number to call and they did not respond. There was also quite a delay with the agent responses. I finally went back to the original confirmation and found a phone number to call. I called and it was someone from inside the location (a gas station). She had me come inside and she basically fixed setting up the reservation. However, there was also an issue with the time. She said it showed me as 11am-11pm in their system, but I had scheduled from 10am-10pm and had the confirmation of this on my phone. I also paid specifically for the utility dolly. I assumed from the site that this was a bigger dolly (more like for moving appliances), but the dolly was a small dolly. It said "utility dolly" but it looked like a small, very basic dolly. I had two shelves fall off of the dolly and get damaged due to this. Overall, my experience was probably the worst I've ever had with U-haul.

The establishment was very unprofessional and very unknowledgeable. They caused lots of extra problems and didn’t make pickup or drop off easy. I actually had to drip back up there after they messed up my payment and then blamed me for it.

Trailer was blocked in and I had to help clerk manually push it out of old car wash bay. Homeless person sleeping in bay next door. Lots of other places to pick up a Uhaul, I will avoid this one next time!

Do not offer equipment on your website for rent at a location that does not have it. I paid for an appliance dolly and the location was unable to provide one as they have never carried them. This is U-Haul's fault, not the specific location.

They have no supplies for moving. I was over charged. I booked through UHaul and this was the location I was sent to. Only had 2 trucks.

The first place I went to (that you guys said was guaranteed) had no one working and the truck was there but not setup for use with the app. The next place you sent me, the guys were gone and wouldn't be back for almost 3 hours. The last place had the truck but had the wrong key in the lock box. The entire experience was horrible and a huge waste of time, making me late. Your app continuously didn't work or made me upload pictures multiple times over and over just to accept what was already done.

Improve the interconnectivity of your software programs. I was not able to add my drop off location when I checked out my trailer. Rocky was a really nice gentleman to work with.
