Jennifer RThis location and the owners were excellent and helpful. However uhaul really disappointed us! I reserved a truck three weeks early because we were closing on our house and HAD to be out. The morning of our move I was told that uhaul did not have a truck for us! Because the previous renters kept the truck. I was told there’s nothing we can do about it. I was told by the traffic person sorry no trucks within 75 miles. Uhaul did not care about my situation. I refused to accept this answer and she kept looking a truck was found 85 miles away. We had to take three hours out of our moving day to go pick the truck up. We weren’t compensated for extra gas or the time and stress that uhaul caused us. Totally unacceptable for such a large company!

Allan RGive the customer more mileage to use on their one-way move! We went over the limit by 4 miles and were charged for it, even though we went straight to our destination and returned the truck over a day early! We had to weigh the truck and gas it up because we only got a truck with 1/4 tank full. But those were the only things we did. Weighing it is mandatory for military moves and it should be recognized by Uhaul! Very disappointing! For that reason I would more than likely go with a different company from now on if Uhaul is going to be this stingy!

JOHN SThe truck was horrible. The gas gauge wasn’t reliable. The heater blew on my feet the entire 900+ miles regardless of its setting. The transmission was weak and the parking break was pointless. The people were friendly and helpful. The truck was clean. However, mechanically, the truck was a nightmare.

Joseph TThis location was wonderful, but I am not pleased with U-Haul. When I chose a pick-up location, I chose one that was significantly closer to my home. When I checked the U-Haul app, the location had been changed. I was never informed. I ended up paying more that I had to for milage because the location had been changed. I could have chose another location that was on my way to where I needed to take the U-Haul, but I did not get that choice.
Kaitlyn BMy auto-transport trailer had a tire issue and was swapped out by the Uhaul mechanic. However, the tire should have been fixed prior to pick up time. Does Uhaul provide sufficient time to notify the agent there Is a pickup pending? The Uhaul pick up location was very proactive and helpful when the problem was noticed and helped me personally when my trailer circuit had a fuse issue. The transport performed flawlessly.

JANIE AThe drop-off location was unpaved, so we ended up parking in puddles and mud. No one was there to process our paperwork at drop off - the usual clerk was off, and no one else knew how to do it.
