The man inside was helping another customer, but quickly and pleasantly took my keys so I could be on my way. My only complaint is that I received multiple voicemails and emails reminding me to return my truck hours after I dropped it off. I returned the truck and trailer at 9:30am, but it appears it hadn’t been processed until after 2:30pm. I don’t mind, as long as everything is sorted… but it was a bit concerning. I’ve dealt with this location before and always had a positive experience, so I’ll still definitely return.

HENRY SLimpiar la unidad también el camión tenia muchas fallas mecánicas le sonaba todo hasta el cinturón sonando la alerta como que no lo tenias puesto al frenar tenia un ruido de acero rozando a pesar que frenaba bien los cristales super sucios tengo que mencionar que el camión que me alquilaron se encontraba aparte de el resto de los camiones yo no vuelvo alquilar en ese lugar.

DONALD SSo when I got there the gentleman there dealing with the gas station and uhaul was extremely nice..I will say the online process/self service is pretty bad. First it put me through mike service near national park. I was told I’d be called never was so I called. They told me it’s not there, it’s at a different location. So then I proceeded to the location I was told to find a text message getting a couple mins later telling me a while different location. So I think there needs to be better communication when coming to order it through the app/self service.

EDWIN RRoman Conoco went out of their way to put in a truck, I did not have a reservation at this facility as my reservation was for a 9' cargo at a different location. Since it is getting near the Holiday season it seems UHaul and Amazon have an agreemnt that they will us 90% of the cargo vans for their Holiday deliveries. Anyway I stopped at Roman Conoco to see what they had, they did not have a 9' cargo available so I went out to my car to make a call to UHaul about reserving a 9' cargo yet it there never was a 9' available. Roman Conoco came out to my car and said they had a cancelation for a 10' box, I appreciated the came out to my car to try to assist with a truck. I really apprecated that and rented the 10' cargo.

HITESH AI thought the equipment was subpar. Body damage and I thought the transmission was getting bad. Glad I only had to go under 10 miles. Biggest kicker was when I got back to the building I put the required gas in and was still charged.
KENNETH SCustomer service at this location is terrible! The U-Haul was beat up I needed to take pictures just to make sure I didn’t get charged for any damage. They literally told us the trailer was crap, the owner is so ignorant! Terrible experience and I move in a few months was hoping to use them again but I’ll never use U-Haul again!

Christopher MThe cab and cargo area was not very clean. I noted as such on the sign out condition form. Lengthy gash ( > 12 inches) in roof of cargo area. Site sealed it with aluminum tape on the exterior prior to departing with the rental. Encountered rainy weather during the rental period and the tape seemed to prevent any water ingress.

MAXWELL Git’s very dangerous to drive that truck. It has a lot of issues. The brakes are so bad.. And it shakes . It’s very dangerous. Someone will get hurt driving the truck..

Thomas CFix your truck share app or take it down. It couldn't verify that i was at the right location because it had the wrong gps coordinates for the uhaul location. Phone customer service did not resolve, it hung up on me after keeping me on hold for half hour. Chat to cust service returned standard reply "use the browser". App doesn't work, so fix it or stop telling me to use the app.

Danny AI set up my rental for 4:30, why was myself and the account holder being bombarded with phone calls at 3 o clock to set up our license and pick up the truck? I don’t understand why he was trying to force me to pickup the truck almost 2 hours before I scheduled that I was able to. This is the second bad experience I have had with this gentleman at this location. The business hours indicated he was open until 10 pm the night of the rental.
Joseph SThey gave me a truck that had no gas, and forced me to fill the tank at the gas station associated with the pick up location. It felt like a scam to get more money out of me. Told me I HAD to buy 32 dollars worth of gas, proceeded to fill nearly 34, and then tried to convince me to buy 15 more.

Tyree BYou shouldn't send another customer Roman Petroleum Conoco. I made a point of going there the day before my pick up date to verify which of my hitches I should use. I also discussed the time, and the owner told me that he would be leaving around 2:00 or 3:00pm, but I could come early and it would not affect my drop off time. I got there around noon and he wasn't there, His employee was a one man show taking care of pumping gas and also handling the inside convenience store. He got the owner on the phone, and I talked to him. He said he was leaving then and would be there in 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, I hooked the trailer up. About 40 minutes passed and he didn't show. I called and he said he was just leaving. After about 20 minutes, he still hadn't shown up, so I unhooked everything and was preparing to leave without the trailer. He showed up before I could leave. I re-hooked up the trailer to complete the paperwork. He gave me the paperwork, and I went on my way after wasting 75 minutes two days before Christmas. The day after I got to my destination in Massachusetts, I took the trailer to the place indicated on my original order only to learn that the guy in Woodbury Heights had a different drop off point so I had to add another 20 miles of travel. Then, I looked over the paperwork and realized that the Woodbury Heights dealer rolled on the protection coverage that I had declined when ordering the trailer. A TOTAL FIASCO! The good news was that U-Haul made good on it, and they were very helpful from the start to the finish; I give them an Excellent rating.
