Minor item: The vehicle was provided with a less-than-full tank. This adds some guesswork to returning and refueling. Other than that, a quite good experience all around. I use this location once or twice a year, and will continue to do so.

The truck that I rented had no heat or working defroster which was almost impossible to see during the recent snowstorm on 11.15.2018. When I returned the truck the U-haul representative, I explained the truck was not in proper working order, his reply was, oh, well! Will not use U-Haul ever again.

He was not on site and I had to wait an hour for him to arrive. Another person was waiting for him for an hour as well. The phone calls were difficult.

The customer service here is terrible. The guy guy sees you standing there waiting for the truck and he continues to piddle around with other trucks parking them, cleaning them, etc. for 15 minutes before he stops to help you. I rented trucks over several days and every day he did the same thing. Location and truck selection is good, service is bad.

They could be a bit more efficient with checking in and out as the guy took a while to get to us as he was tending to the other part of the business as well so customer service was slow then we where rushed in and out.

DO NOT USE UHAUL!! Save yourself the time and stress and use Penske. 1.) My truck was not confirmed within 24 hours. I spent a half hour on hold until I could speak with a rep, who informed me my truck may not be available to pick up in 12 hours. Requested to speak to a manager and was hung up on and sent to the main menu. Called again, waited on hold again for half an hour to speak to someone. Sat on the phone for an additional half hour to have my rental request scheduled over 30 minutes away from my requested location. 2.) Went to pickup the truck, no one was working at this location. I wanted over 40 minutes for an employee to arrive. There wasn’t even a place for two people to sit while we waited. Employee did not apologize or acknowledge how long I had been waiting. He refused to give me the $50 reservation guarantee, and did not give me an extra hour on my rental although I was unable to use the truck during the time I paid for. He would only offer the $50 guarantee if i returned the truck to this location. (Returning to this location was not my request and would have put me over the 40 mile limit which would have costed me more.) What is a guarantee if it is not actually provided to the customer? 3.) Finally got in the truck, which was terribly beat up. Multiple service light were lit, including the battery light, wrench/service light, oil change light, ABS light. Showing this truck was not maintained at all. 4.) My drop off location was not confirmed until 2 hours before the truck was due. Overall, terrible experience... Don’t make your move more stressful. Use a different trucking company and learn from my mistake.

I had to wait over 45 minutes for someone to come and give me the keys when i had ordered the truck the day before. The guy was rude and when he wrote down how much gas was in the truck, he was wrong. Before u pulled off I told him that what he had in the paper and what the fuel tank read were different. He continued to argue with me and then threw his hands up and walked away saying something in a different language m. (Definitely sounded nasty) I then told him that i would be back in exactly one hour and i asked him to wait for me because i had a few questions and thought i deserved some type of discount or ANYTHING being as though i had I wait an hour in the RAIN! When i checked my account this morning, he charged me an additional $30 for who knows what. i was EXTREMELY dissatisfied with everything down to how dirty the truck was! Needless to say, I WONT BE HAULING ANYTHING WITH U-Hal anymore!

Arrived at scheduled time. No one available to dispatch vehicle. It was 90+ degrees, I had others who had given up their day to help and I waited over 30 minutes for a return phone call, at which time I had to dispatch the vehicle on line and take multiple pictures of odometer, my face, my driver's license, the fuel gauge, and damage on the truck. I should in some way be compensated for the lost time, inconvenience and aggravation. No one available upon returning the vehicle either. Very unprofessional.

However I did not like it when I returned truck the guy wasn't there. The gas attendant said it's ok just leave...I told him I wanted to talk to guy..but he said it's ok you can leave...that I was not happy about...I did not feel comfortable just leaving keys.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating, when we returned with the rental he was still at his business and just as friendly as he was when we rented the vehicle 5 hours earlier. I would highly recommend this rental location, I will be referring my friends when a rental may be needed by them. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FIR SUCH A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.

Have someone provide a receipt stating the equipment was returned instead of the manager saying ok over the phone. We had to video tape we returned equipment and take pictures. We will keep this proof for years to come just in case.
