Dawn EThere was no tongue Jack on the trailer which resulted in a major inconvenience! The location to hook up the trailer upon both picking up and dropping off was surrounded by so many other vehicles making it very difficult to navigate in backing up to pick up and drop off. Shoukd be a clear lane to do both not an obstacle course!!!
