Oscar REverything went smoothly and quickly. The gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable. My day was successful. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.
DONNA BThe only thing I would recommend , would be equipment that can lift the trailer tongue on to the renters hitch. The attendant and I had to lift it together to get it on my truck, upon return the attendant was busy and I had to un-hitch myself. Those 12’ trailers are too heavy for manual lifting.
Richard Ano i would not!!!!!! ..i have used this location before with no problems. this time it was just 1 problem after another. even with a registration set 5 days earlier. no knowledgeable person there to help with rental..just a guy who pumps fas. the furniture dollt was not in truck just a hand trucker. terrible with get keys and we missed out first pick up because of tge tume spent trying to rent the truck. i had to inspect the truck by myself and upload the pictured of tag, outside of truck and check everything by myself no one came to the truck with me. i am older and i dont know all the new phone stuff. very bad experience and will.not retyrn to this location.
