Well I was there picking up a truck and I do evictions I rent them all the time I spent $11,000 on trucks last year. I told the man when I was there the fuel wasn’t right he said he would adjust it when I returned but he still charged me for fuel when I returned it where it was $47.00 that’s not right and I’m not happy

Be up front with extra fees/taxes that were not stated when I rented the truck.

Truck had an exhaust manifold leak so bad when we stopped at lights we had to role the windows down. Would have expected some sort of compensation for failing equipment but typical experience in today’s world

I was told and confirmed by a email stating to pick up my equipment in Deptford. Later that night received call, uhaul made mistake to pick up at another location, after my arrangements were already made. I was told will receive a discount and when I went to new location they didn’t see a discount. Josh in deptford assured me I would get one after I called again in Deptford. Thank you

excellent experience. estimated costs were accurate and check out was quick and easy

If rental is needed just an extra 30 minutes to an hour you should not have to pay for another 24 hours. They also should except either AAA or AARP for discount. It would truly impress the customers. Otherwise the owner , location, and equipment was great.

The U-Haul truck leaked that I rented but over all Pickup place was ok.

I reserved a 9ft Cargo Van over a week in advance. When I arrived they told me they don’t have any vans and my only option at that point was to rent a truck which costed me more money. There was no explanation even though I had a reservation confirmation. I also had an issue with the website after I booked the reservation I didn’t close the screen right away on my computer and I had a phishing scam infect my computer which cost me an additional $75 for a computer tech to come out and fix.

First of all my pick up time was 8am I was there at 750 the gas attended wasn't aware of that so now im sitting there while he called the owner i believed well it took him 20mins to get there now i was told rental was 39.95. i got a half dozen of blanks and a dolly 5 for blankets and 10 for dolly . He states how far will you be travling i said 17miles on way he still estimated at 80 well he ask me for 120.00 and I said why he states well u may go over so forth and so on. Hell no i didnt want to give him that we leave making sure truck was filled first mind no apology for him being late neither. we come back another gas attended was on we fill truck up that was 28.00 to fill back up then he goes in to add every thing he says i will need 100.00 more and at that point i was boiling because we didnt use but 60 of the 80 miles that was estimated i argued but it wasnt getting me NOWHERE so i paid another 100.00 in all HONEST I GOT RIPPED OFF. A TOTAL OF 220.00 at the end of a couple hrs and moving was late due them... and a Bad estimation i definitely would NOT RECOMMENDED THERE PLACE... IF I EVER MOVE AGAIN I WOULD BE BETTER OFF LINING UP 5 FRIENDS PICK UP TRUCKS AND PAYING 20 A PIECE. Someone definitely newds to checking to this matter and give my damn money back for the amount im owed.... I went from Paulsboro to Blackwood u do the math

When i arrived st the location there were no vehicles because they had not returned timely. I called Uhaul and waited over 30 minutes for a representative then was told she could not help me and transferred me to anothet wait. I did eventually get the vehicle but i should have been notified and I should have received a discount for having to wait.

Wasn't this location , it was the call center whoever scheduled my appointment told me false information...waiting on customer service to call me back in 48 hours.

We just needed a truck to empty out an old storage unit. The size of the truck was perfect. The price was ok; however, it adds up quick with base cost, plus insurance and miliage. Pickup and Drop-Off ran mostly smooth. When picking up, there were 3-4 other customers picking up as well; could have used another guy to help out. Would use again if needed.

You should inform people of the other charges that are applied and were not given at the time I set the appointment

Owner tacked on insurance under my nose, when I have coverage for rentals on my car insurance. This was sneaky on his pat. Finalized bill on online Chechen , bit he build ma a nothrt 435 ins. Fee plus tax for 35. This was dishonest and deceptive. I paid for truck by ore checking in. The seller throws paper at you for initial and you don't have time to read docs, part of precheckin is to speed process. This is just changing the agreed contract to get people to pay more

They did not help back the trailers in, unhook them, and they were unkind.

Location is a dive. I didn't open the box of the truck until arriving at the location where we were picking up furniture. When I did, I noticed it was wet looking, wood pieces, broken glass, nuts and bolts and grime. I found a broom and swept up as best I could but didn't realize the wetness must have been oil or grease. I walked to the end of the truck and slid right out and off hitting the box deck and then the step on the way down. Bruised my wrist trying to catch myself. Very, very lucky I didn't get more hurt. Then again, we'll see how I feel tomorrow morning. After we finished loading my son also slipped off the back even though I warned him to be careful. It was like a skating rink. When I returned the vehicle, I mentioned it. The guy inside apologized, said it was their fault, won't happen again and they must not have checked the vehicle in properly from the previous night. I asked for some of my money back and he said he could not do that. Whatever. This wasn't about half of $20.00. It was about the risk of folks getting seriously hurt.

They gave me the truck on absolute empty gas level and only hand wrote that I could return the truck on empty. It didn't reflect on the contract.
