I waited a week to talk about your junk truck. First: the air conditioner only worked part of the time. No air Friday or Saturday (26/27) and only part time on Sunday. The steering wheel had to be at 11 o'clock or the truck would pull to the right and go at 1 o'clock. The battery gage would jump from 9 to 19 to 14 to 11 to 16 and back and forth. Next, the tire light came on at the 205 mile marker in Ala. so I pull off at a truck stop and call you people and they said it would be 90 minutes before they could get help. After 90 min. I called again and they said it would be another 30 min. after that I called again and they said it would be another 60 min. after that I call again very MAD and they said it would be another 60 min. After that I told the women what I thought of the truck and your service. She told me to " JUST GET IN THE DAM THING AND DRIVE IT UNTIL THE TIRES FELL OFF AND THEN THEY MIGHT DO SOMETHING" So I did, I made it home but not a good drive. From where I started to where I finish was over700 miles. Fighting this thing. HOT, MAD, TIRED. Won't do that again with U-Haul JUNK. I would like to talk to some one about this. When I reserved the truck I was told it would be available at a location close to where I reserved it. When I received the call, the truck was at a location nearly 30 minutes away. That seemed far considering there were 3 locations within 5 miles of where I reserved it. On a good note, a lady at the location on County Road 34 went above and beyond and helped me find one at the place I initially made the reservation at Romeo 3's and Jackie at Romeo 3's was VERY kind and helpful.

They went above and beyond. Great place to rent any Uhaul products.

My dads truck broke down that Saturday morning on his way to work. My husband and I called every other uhaul that was closer but it was close to closing time and they wouldn't stay. The lady at the location in Robertsdale said she would stay until I got there. I told her it may be about 10-15 minutes but she insisted that she would stay. Never once was rude when we showed up late. That to me is true customer service. Now sadly the truck wouldn't fit on the trailer so we had to find a different way to tow it but I know who we will use anytime we need a trailer.

I had to purchas a pig tail after i left the pickup sight. the pig tail on the trailer was cut and I had no tail lights. Cost me $10.00. Took the recipt back to the pick up place and they said I should have told them they had one. Should have been checked by them before I left the premises! Guess I'm out $10.00 on top of rental fee!

The service a 3 collusion was excellent. Having vehicles a other uhaul dealers. I used Robertsdale uhaul because parish tire in Daphne did not have a pick up truck. This added a extra 30 miles to my use and there for cost me an extra 20 Dollars. It be nice if uhaul would transport vehicles between dealers to service customer need instead of making customer have to pay for the milage to move them.
