There was no one there when I brought it back. I had a hard time unhooking it myself. Otherwise everything went good and I had it back Sunday at 4 like I was supposed to

What the hell! Im very unimpressed and won't be giving my business to uhaul ever again.

Geraldine H.Ron's Supply was super nice and friendly. They had the two types of dollies available to rent. The truck was easy to handle, smooth ride. The cab area was like new as well as clean. My final invoice charges that was mailed to me did not equal the two separate charges that were charged against my credit card. We had to clean the inside back area of the truck as it had manure, grease and mud before we could load it. We ended up putting down moving blankets before loading. There was a good wait trying to get the U-HAUL online system to work. Maybe that could be updated.

JOHN STEPHAN N.I will not recommend UHaul overall to anyone given poor corporate policies that left us with out a trailer 48 hours before we needed it. Amy from corporate in Colorado called us 2 days before we were to pick up the trailer we reserved 35 days earlier and said it was no longer available! Her only solution was to drive 200 miles to pick up a smaller one. We I didn't accept that she cancelled my reservation, told me to have a good day and hung up on me. This is the worst company service and experience ever. In order to get a trailer we had to drive 45 miles, one way, to pick it up. Apparently this is "just business " according to the person at Ron's. I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone! I wanted to make a complaint but the supervisor in Colo never bothered to call me as requested!

John H.I reserved a 26' Uhaul a month in advance for when I wanted to pick it up in CASPER WYOMING.Two days before I was scheduled to pick it up I received a call telling me that there was not a 26' truck available in Casper for the date that I reserved and I had to drive an extra 100 mi (round trip) out of my way to DOUGLAS WYOMING to get the truck that I had planned in advance to pick up in CASPER WYOMING. Not happy at all with the pickup process involved in this move. Ron's Supply was just fine and they treated me well, my complaint is with the poor logistical planning on Uhaul Corporate's part.

John N.I reserved a car transport in Casper wy the following morning went to pick up the trailer and there was not one any where in Casper best you could do was Douglas witch is 45 min each way of the opposite way I was traveling and did very little to composite for the time and travel expense, I have used u haul frequently and this is the first time a situation has occurred however the person who handles these matters could use a brush up on people skills, I will continue to use u haul and hope this was just a fluke thank you Casey Carson
