Passenger mirror on truck wasn’t operational and truck was out of inspection. I wasn’t able to drive it out of town like I needed and requested a discount bc of the issue and didn’t get anything not even a military discount.

We were very pleased with the experience! The truck was clean in the back and also in the driver area. We got great service from Nick. He was great!

If there is not going to be a worker present to help with issues, then it would be nice if the mobile pick-up process actually worked. I had to call uhaul to pick up my truck which completely defeats the purpose of the “quick and easy” mobile pick up. After reading reviews, many people also spent excessive time trying to pick up their truck. Trash system, I wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy. Also, it would’ve been nice if the truck did not have leftover trash from other drivers. Gross.

Have someone in the office to handle the business, not always by phone contact, way too confusing

I was over charged by $307. I have yet to receive a resolution. Oh yeah - and they billed me almost 3 weeks after the rental agreement, so how on earth can they try to charge me for overage of 279 miles 🤔 Obviously, they tried to make me pay the subsequent renter's bill!

Location was drop of only. The gentleman in the office was helpful with the drop off instructions in which I was unaware of.

Everything with mobile was terrible. Error messages and not receiving the codes when logging in. Spent just as long trying to do the check in and out than using the actual truck. Fix your website.
