The location was not a problem. In fact the owner of the storage unit told me he has nothing to do with U-Haul rentals so when I showed up and I had a problem, he could not help me. He just told me to call the U-Haul number the truck I reserved was full of garbage and furniture. It was never cleaned out and the dolly and the blankets that I rented were not there. It was pouring rain and there was low cell signal U-Haul luckily had a second truck there that was the size that I wanted, but they made me go on a scavenger hunt, looking for blankets and a dolly it may be run very late for the furniture pick up that I was scheduled for which affected the entire delivery process for the next 36 hours

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe person working there told me on the phone that a late remote pickup wouldn't be an issue which lead to a huge headache.
Benjamin BThere are 6 key lock boxes at this location and upon arrival we saw that only one of the boxes was locked. There was only one boxes that contained a key and it was not the box that was locked. Additionally the key that was in box #2 (the box for our rental) was not for the truck we had a reservation for. We had to speak with representative to move forward with the reservation for that issue along with issues with the app.
