There are 6 key lock boxes at this location and upon arrival we saw that only one of the boxes was locked. There was only one boxes that contained a key and it was not the box that was locked. Additionally the key that was in box #2 (the box for our rental) was not for the truck we had a reservation for. We had to speak with representative to move forward with the reservation for that issue along with issues with the app.
