Darryl JIf there is not going to be a worker present to help with issues, then it would be nice if the mobile pick-up process actually worked. I had to call uhaul to pick up my truck which completely defeats the purpose of the “quick and easy” mobile pick up. After reading reviews, many people also spent excessive time trying to pick up their truck. Trash system, I wouldn’t recommend this place to an enemy. Also, it would’ve been nice if the truck did not have leftover trash from other drivers. Gross.

Crystal HI was over charged by $307. I have yet to receive a resolution. Oh yeah - and they billed me almost 3 weeks after the rental agreement, so how on earth can they try to charge me for overage of 279 miles 🤔 Obviously, they tried to make me pay the subsequent renter's bill!
