The guy added 15 miles extra to my bill and didn't inform me of it. Which caused my bill to be higher than previously quoted from another dealer. Without my knowledge the u haul dealers moved my pick up location to this guy and he just done what he wanted to do. He told me it would come off at the final billing. If I didn't use the extra 15 miles when I questioned him about it. Totally a scam artist
ben sFor one I had the $15 insurance coverage option chosen , ended up the owner changed it to $30 I also returned the Uhaul at 5:30pm a day early and it just seems like my refund would have been more than $9.98 They are not as organized and familiar with Uhaul rentals like the place I usually do business with
