I had a terrible customer service pickup. The location I was given didn’t have a truck. Customer service them wanted to send me 10 miles away instead of across the street where they had a truck. I was delayed 2 hours because of this.

Edgar RPoor customer service. Delayed service even though completed check in online and did everything myself. Refuse to give keys wasted 1 hour at location just waiting for keys. Truck wasn’t clean of snow or even able to get out of spot due to a lot of snow
