This is my second time renting from this location. Very good experience. The only thing I didn't like is the attendant takes a picture of your ID with a cell phone. It doesn't seem a very secure way of doing business for the customers.

No one cleaned or walked me through my truck pickup. They just handed me keys and said go find the truck. After bringing it back full tank they charge me $11 for more gas. Post charges are not okay, especially if no one helped you through any of the process. I would like a refund for the gas I had put in it before I returned. I have receipts as well. This experience was not okay.

I reserved an appliance dolly with my truck but there was not one in the truck. I then went into the location to inquire and was told that there was not one on the reservation. I took his word for it and since we decided we didn't need it went on my way. Upon checking in I didn't notice the charge for the dolly until I receive the email with the final charges my bad, but won't rent from this location again.

I needed to extend my reservation a day longer. as I was 125 miles away and due to circumstances, was not ready to return. I called the uhaul place and they said NO, I had to return it on time same day, as it was being rented out for someone else the next morning. Since I was not ready to return with my towed vehicle, I drove it back to Roseville the 125 miles WITH OUT my towed vehicle. When I got there, there was already 2 more of these trailers already on the lot..! I just now did a test reservation for that site/trailer, and yes, I could have rented one today...!! So... I am PISSED... that I had to return it and not be allowed to rent it for an additional day...! Really pissed..!! Order #29688834

The worst customer service I had with uhual. The gentleman that attended me was not professional. He changed my returned time and even told me to return it on the same day. Make no sense when you paid for 24hr.

Several weeks ago I wrote a scathing review on this U-Haul location. I based it on the behaviour of one bad employee. This time I asked to speak to the owner and let him know that I was the one who wrote the bad review. He informed me upon receiving the complaint and after talking to the employee he thought it would be best to let that employee go. This time I was there because I rented another trailer from them to see if my experience would be any better. It sure was! While waiting in line I noticed how helpful everyone was. When it was my turn as soon as I gave them my contract number another worker was already hooking up the trailer while I was finishing up the paperwork. Bringing it back was even smother. When I pulled in the yard guy started to unhook the trailer and finished my return right there on his phone. What a vast difference. If I could remove my first comment I would because the problem is gone. I would recommend this U haul location to anyone. Ron

The agent would not cancel my other truck rental at another location because he said it's not his job. No one else was in the store location and he was at the computer where the reservations were pulled up. What an a-hole!!! I have been to over 6 different U-Hauls this year alone and at least 75 locations in my 66 years of life and this was the worst place ever!!!

Vehicle was quite dirty on the outside. Inside was okay. They told me the tank was full. I drove to Reno, NV. Once there, I noticed the tank was down between 3/4 and 1/2 full. I topped off the tank and it took 13+ gallons. When I arrived back in Roseville, I topped it off to return it full to the center, it only took 4.9 gallons! Something is amiss.

I had a reservation. It took over an hour to get the truck. I was over my return time 2 hrs and i got charged a full day. Hmm your late my problem. Im late my problem and i get charged!

Worst customer service and experience of my life. I reserved equipment in early July and after driving 40 miles each way (my preferred location was not available and U-HAUL split my reservation) to pick up my equipment I was told “the equipment was reported stolen” and that they only had a one way trailer in stock and I couldn't utilize that. This is on September 4th after nearly a 2 month reservation. I couldn't even receive a call telling me not to bother driving 80 miles for the equipment? The staff didn't care about anything....I was driving cross country the next day and now had no trailer to transport my car. I ended up paying over $2k for a car transporter. The truck I actually was able to rent had 3 worn rear tires, one of which blew out in Arkansas. That's wasted a couple of hours of my cross-country trip. The AC would go out completely going up ANY hill/grade and made some odd sounds (probably a belt). The truck was a poorly maintained piece of garbage that I paid $4k for!!!! I did share that at my turn in location yesterday. The gentleman agreed that he was surprised I was rented the truck with tires like that and suggested I contact U-Haul. I wasn't going to as I now see this company doesn't care. I utilized U-Haul exclusively during ever my move during my 26 year military career and the 7 years since retirement....I will NEVER utilize U-Haul again, I guarantee that!

PickEd up was in a liquor store where no mask were worn by anyone. When I returned the uhaul the next renter got right in. There was no disinfecting of the uhaul which tells me it wasn't disenfected when I got into it.

Trailer was hooked up and checked out by person at the business, when checking lights and turn signals, he said that the right turn signal was out and proceeded to say it was fine, not a big deal. I was driving from CA to Idaho and back again with this trailer. They had no other trailers available and other places in the area did not have the size I needed, so i was stuck with this one. After driving for a little while I was told that I didn't have a right brake light either. So I traveled about 1100 miles with no right brake light and no right turn signal, not very safe. I think these things should be checked out before a customer picks up the equipment. Needless to say I was not very happy to pull a trailer in this condition.

The place was fine, kind of dirty and open but it is what they have to work with. The gentleman I worked with was very nice. The truck broke down on me, the battery died. I can't say the truck was well maintained when the battery died on me. The truck was clean when I picked it up though.

They only had enough moving blankets for me to get 3 dozen instead of the 4 I ordered. Windshield was filthy and hard to see out of. But it was there, drove fine and got the job done.
