How U-Haul Reviews WorkI am absolutely terrible at reversing a trailer. If I have to do it into a specific slot, so much the worse. My head just can’t grasp those spatial dynamics for some reason. When we dropped off the trailer this time, after seeing that I was hopeless at this task, the attendant took over and did a beautiful job of putting the trailer in the correct place. Everything was very smooth and efficient. Whether picking up or dropping off, I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again.
Jeremiah SThe drop off location was great. It functions as a small grocery/convenience store for a somewhat rural pocket of the greater Roseville area. I didn’t catch the fellow’s name, but I was very impressed with how cool, calm and in command he was in helping me back my empty trailer into a suitable space for drop off. I had intentionally managed my entire move to preclude ever having to back the trailer up at all (at best, I am terrible at it) and he was very clear with his directions and very patient with me and how my freaked out ADHD brain interpreted them. He didn’t kick the tires or give me any kind of third degree about the trailer, just got it parked and got me on my way.
