The U-Haul facility I frequent consistently provides the necessary equipment, even in the absence of a prior reservation. On multiple occasions, I have experienced delays of one to two hours, and the proprietor has demonstrated understanding by not imposing additional charges for an extra day. However, a three-hour delay did result in such a charge.
