The self service app for pick up is glitchy and not responsive, the return software works much better than the pick up software

No wifi or internet connection. My phone barely had service there. Do not allow it to be a self check in if no one is available at the business. 45 minutes trying tonget the ap to stop spinning from no service.

I rented a 5' x 8' trailer the exterior of the trailer was in good condition, the interior smelled like grease and the floor still had dirt on it, I had to spray WD-40 on the rollers for the door to open all the way
