George K.I was notified two hours prior to pickup that the size of trailer that I was guaranteed was not available therefore a smaller one was all I could get. I drove seven hours to Terrace from Prince George to pick up all my Christmas decorations and trees in boxes from my old residence to my new one so I could decorate for Christmas at the end of the month. Consequently, I had to come drive back with only partially of what was intended. I'm more than upset. Then having to drive out of town one half hour there and another half hour back to Terrace just to pick up the trailer when the address I was given for pick up was in town was not only disappointing but took up extra time that I did not have.

Lucus W.They did not have a drop off location where I was moving to. I decided to pick up my new car in Terrace so they said I could drop off the truck in Terrace. The drop off location was originally set to right down town Terrace. Then after I had already started my move/drive, I received a text changing the location to 40min further away from my home to drop off the vehicle. This was very inconvenient & was a horrible experience.
Samantha V.There has to be a closer location. This location was over 100 kms from where l live. I almost exceeded my kms because of where the return location was.
joao V.What we understood was that the drop off location would be in Terrace, which is already a fair distance backtracking from our ultimate destination. However, the drop-off is not actually in Terrace. It's actually quite a ways further in the middle of nowhere. There's no phone service out there, which we didn't know until we were trying to get a hold of the person we were supposed to call. We got to the General Store and the lady working there wasn't sure what to do. We saw the key drop box, but didn't drop the key in there because we didn't want to incur a $20 After-Hours drop fee since we were on time. So we left the key with the clerk, who was trying to phone the number we needed to call, but wasn't getting a response. So we dropped off the truck, but the location left us with a lot of uncomfortable uncertainty.
